Cooking
Defrost before cooking. Snoek is the best candidate for the braai. We also recommend preparing a basting apricot glaze to go with it. Grease the grid to prevent the skin from sticking to it. Cook skin side down at a medium heat (highest level) for 15-20 minutes.
