We only procure superior grade, Atlantic Salmon, known as Norwegian Salmon, flown in fresh from Norway twice a week before being specially processed and delivered straight to your door. These portions are deboned and skin on and delicately delicious.
*While every effort is made to remove all the bones, some small bones may remain.
