Balanced saltiness accompanied with fresh herbs and typical flavour from the trout. Burgers to be round in shape with visible green and pink specs from fresh herbs and fish. Burgers to be firm, but have an oily mouthfeel after cooking. A product of the Three Streams Smokehouse nestled in the renowned Franschhoek Valley, this trout has been raised in the crystal clear spring waters of the Franschhoek mountains.
UNCOOKED, KEEP FROZEN at -18C Chilled: 0-4C and frozen: -18C. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
HOW TO COOK:
FROM FROZEN: Remove product from all packaging Preheat Oil In A Pan, Over Low Heat Cook burger for 8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
FROM DEFROSTED: Remove product from all packaging Preheat Oil In A Pan, Over Low Heat Cook burger for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through
WARNING: Although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
