Taste:
Squid have a dense flesh that turns white when cooked. Beautiful baked, barbequed, fried or as sushi/raw.
We had these battered and deep-fried, very tasty and the rings are bigger than you would expect, which made for really hearty rings.
ZACalamari was awesome, just added some salt, pepper and herbs, fried for about 4 minutes and added a squeeze of lemon
