These strips come in a 500g ziplock bag frozen, uncooked in a crumb. These are recommended for the air-fryer or oven (just be sure to not over cook them, as they will become dry)
Directions:
Make sure to cook from frozen and that the crumb is crispy golden brown when removing (they will be soggy otherwise).
Air-fryer: Cook from frozen 200ºC for 8-10 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
Oven: Cook from frozen and drizzle some olive oil over them and the dish (don’t over do this as the strips crumb will be soggy) 200ºC for 13-15 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
Best served with tartar sauce.
