Ingredients: Hake onions,  garlic, spinach, salt, black pepper ground, olive oil, lemon zest, carrots, diced, fennel seeds flour (wheat)

Allergens: fish, wheat, fennel seeds

With a pre-cooked filling, these hake samosas come in a 400g pack with 12 each per pack.

Cooking

In a pot, add frying oil and bring to a temperature between 170 and 180°C. From frozen, add the samosas to the heated oil. The samosas should bubble and float to the top. Cook for +- 5 min or until golden brown in colour. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. 

OR

From frozen, paint with oil and add to an air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 16 min.

OR

Preheat an oven to 180°C. From frozen, paint with oil and bake for 10 min, turn over and bake for a further 5-10min, until golden.

Enjoy with a dipping sauce or by itself.
