Our wild-caught Hake is crumbed and turned into the perfect slider. Cut from the thickest parts of the fish and combined with some spices, these make for a perfect snack!  Our Hake is caught off the South African coast between the mouth of the Orange River and Port Elizabeth, and is prized for its beautiful yet delicious white flaky flesh. Ingredients: Fish (Hake – Merluccius Capensis) 70%, Salt, Pepper, Egg, Wheat, Flour, palm oil, yeast

  • 7x60g hake sliders (420g net weight)
  • Uncooked – KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW -18C
  • Blast frozen
  • Vacuum-packed


Cook directly from frozen.

We recommend that you prepare the sliders in the following ways:

Conventional Oven:

  • 180’C
  • 12-15 minutes

Air Fryer: 

  • 180’C
  • 7-8 minutes
