Okay, so no preservatives, no additives = WINNER! As far as taste and volume in packaging so - absolute CHAMPION! I made a pasta dish to which I added pan fried salmon (from COL). The salmon was first pan fried to seal in the yumminess and then the the lemon cream sauce was added. The sauce is delicately flavoured with lemon, providing excellent support, ensuring that the fish was the star of the dish.
