Our mussels are sustainably farmed on ropes. They are grown in fresh, clean, cold and nutrient-rich water that’s perfect for growing incredible mussels. Once they are big enough the mussels are harvested before being shucked and flash-frozen, perfectly locking in the flavour, moisture and nutrients.
Due to the perfect growing conditions, these mussels are plump, juicy and have a slightly sweet taste.

Defrost before cooking.
We recommend cooking the mussel meat in a pan or pot with our delicious lemon cream sauce. Heat a pan/pot over a medium heat and add the mussels. They should 5-7min. You can add a dash of white wine for an extra depth of flavour, just be sure to let the sauce simmer to reduce the wine down. They also go great in a pasta with the same cooking time.
