Good quality locally made Potato Gnocchi made by The Pasta Factory here in Cape Town, made using only the very best ingredients, authentically Italian.

The Pasta Factory’s core business is the production of fresh good quality Italian pasta made only from the finest Italian Durum Wheat Semolina flour unless specified, and on traditional machines with bronze dies.

Ingredients: 

Mashed potato, Potato flakes [contains: dehydrated potatoes
emulsifier, antioxidants, acidity regulator, spice, natural flavour], water, wheat flour, egg, salt, preservatives: potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid.

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place gnocchi into the pot, and simmer for about 1 minute or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain gnocchi and toss with Pasta Factory sauce, olive oil, or butter. Serve immediately. Can be cooked from frozen. Cooking times are guidelines only.
