The Pasta Factory’s core business is the production of fresh good quality Italian pasta made only from the finest Italian Durum Wheat Semolina flour, unless specified, and on traditional machines with bronze dies.
Wheat flour, durum wheat semolina flour, eggs, spinach, onions, sunflower oil, ricotta, parmesan, feta, potato flakes, garlic, salt, preservatives: potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid. COMPOUND INGREDIENTS: ricotta [contains: cow’s milk, salt, citric acid], parmesan [contains: milk, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, enzymes, anti-caking agent, preservative(pimaricin), salt, cheese culture, vegetable rennet], potato flakes [contains: potatoes, emulsifiers mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids E(471), stabilizer disodium diphosphate (E450), antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate (E304), and sodium metabisulphite (E223), spice extracts, colour roboflaving (E101)].
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli into the pot, bring to boil, and simmer gently for about 1min or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain pasta and toss with Pasta Factory sauce, olive oil, or butter. Serve immediately. Can be cooked from frozen. Cooking times are guidelines only.
