How to Use:

Remove our cold-smoked long fin tuna from the freezer and thaw in fridge until defrosted. Leave outside for 30 mins or until room temperature.

How to serve:

Serve on a cracker with a generous coating of cream cheese, crushed pepper and a drop of fresh lemon juice. A dollop of Japanese kewpie mayonnaise also gives an extra zang to the mix!

Conscious Note: Cold-smoked long fin tuna is made from wild fish with no synthetic dietary colorants or antibiotic treatments. Being in the state that nature intended, some variation in product may occur.

Store frozen for no longer than 6 months 

Use within 7 days of defrosting
