These smaller, thinner Kingklip fillets are cut from the tail end of the fish. They offer the same mild, slightly sweet flavour as our full fillets but in more economical, quick-cooking pieces. Skinless and boneless, they are ideal for fast weeknight meals, stir-fries, or simple pan-searing.

Cooking Instructions
Pan-Fry: Cook over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. Because these pieces are thinner, keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
Bake: Oven-bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until the flesh flakes easily.
Serving Suggestion: Season plainly with lemon, herbs, and olive oil.
