Our ocean cultivated pacific oysters are sustainably farmed in Saldana Bay on the West Coast. After harvesting and blast frozen to ensure the best quality. Some of the most common flavours you may taste in an oyster are butter/cream, hints of melon or cucumber, sweet, salty or ‘briny’, and a rusty, copper taste. These open by themselves once defrosted! Order whole oysters, delivered straight to your door!

Oysters alive, alive o!
Well not really alive, but as good as. Freeze blasted, fresh and delicious. No shuck knife needed as they open on their own, Once open, what is revealed is a succulent, sea kissed oyster which slips down all too easily. We are addicted!!

Mouth watering delights
We waited for some months for these oysters to be available. The wait was worth it. The most fresh, tasty, moreish oysters you could wish for. They opened on their own, smelled of the sea and certainly did not need Tobasco or any enhancement. Roll on next occasion.
