We source our Salmon from an ASC certified Salmon farm in Norway, by being the most stringent sustainability standard, The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) standard underpins the cultural tenet sustainability in everything done by the farm. Our Salmon farm avoids the use of antibiotics, achieving record low levels in 2019. Diseases that were previously treated with antibiotics are now treated using vaccines, resulting in the lowest use of antibiotics amongst all sources of protein.

Norwegian Salmon
Delicious. Last time I ate salmon this good was in 1985 when we got freshly caught salmon off a fisherman in Scotland. Just panfried in butter and basted with the same butter

Tastes fresh as usual
The salmon is simply 5 star quality and tastes like its just been freshly caught. We must have had over 40 servings of the salmon this year and every piece consistently great tasting - and healthy!

Great value, good quality
The portions are individually wrapped and easy to defrost and work with. The salmon tastes fresh and is delicious. The portion size (125g) is adequate for one person as part of a larger meal, although people with hearty appetites might prefer the 1kg pack size, which has 5 portions at 200g each.
