Perfectly packed and transported, and a really delicious fish when prepared correctly.

Very tasty marinated in oil ( keeps it succulent ), herbs , seasoning and lemon then bbqed or griddled . Great quality Portions a little irregular but ok for casual meal

We’d hoped to braai the yellowtail but weather turned against us. Did it in the oven at 200 for about 18 minutes. Perfect!
