Cooking
Defrost before cooking.
Scallops, although somewhat delicate, are actually sweet. Great for cooking pan frying. Heat pan to a medium-high heat with olive oil. Add scallops for 1-2min, flipping half way through. The key is to keep the centre just undercooked as they tend to cook once off the pan and once overcooked go rubbery and lose that sweetness. Perfect treat for a date night or just for that special someone. Finish with our delicious lemon cream sauce for a subtle lemon hit.

SCALLOPS
they were great and love the service from Caught on Line, have used you for years , so there were 9 scallops , 7 were great 2 were a nightmare , I'd prefer , to get 7/8 good scallops than 9 to make up the weight but 2 were were unusable

Scallops
As I have never eaten or bought scallops I did my homework. The result was delicious flash seared tender scallops, served on a mound of risotto with a creamy shallot sauce. They slipped down very nicely with chilled white wine and we look forward to a repeat!
