Our swordfish steaks are meaty and delicious, Caught Off the coast of South Africa before being filleted, portioned and blast frozen. Swordfish are a migratory species that feed opportunistically at depths from right on the surface to 800m. Each pack contains approximately 10-15 steaks, ranging from 40-120g each.

Swordfish is a lean, meaty fish that is best for grilling. We recommend marinating it with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, rosemary, garlic, coriander and cumin as it pairs well with the firm meat of the fish. Do not marinate the fish any longer than 15 minutes as the acidic content of the marinade will breakdown the meat making the texture mushy.
