Great size portion and convenient

I really liked the size and convenience of these, I just added some soya sauce and yuzu to the salmon for a quick cure to add it to my avo and edamame salad.My only note would be, and this may just be a personal thing, I could still see the remnants of skin on some pieces. BUT they are delicious.
