Cooking
Defrost before cooking.
The easiest and quickest way to cook your trout is to pan-fry it. Add a knob of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil to a hot pan. Season the trout with salt and pepper and any other spices of your choice. Place the trout skin down on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping the trout over. Cook for another minute and complete your dish with a squeeze of lemon or lime.

Love your friendly delivery guy and super quick service. However, the frozen trout, after defrost and even washed under the tap, theres white residue that comes with it in the pan, that's slightly off putting. Do you have any tips??
