Caught Online is a business in the e-commerce retail industry that sells seafood direct to consumer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, our products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Gift cards
We aim to provide our customers with only the best quality seafood available, should we fall short of this and you are dissatisfied with your products we want to know about it. We will assess refunds on a case by case basis and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, this can be done manually via direct EFT into your provided bank account alternatively if possible a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@caughtonline.co.za. We may request that you send us photos of defective product should we require it, this must be provided should we request it in order to process your refund or excange.
To exchange your product, you should drop off your product at: Caught Online (Pty) Ltd, Unit 8 Epic Industrial Park Bax Street, Maitland, Cape Town.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Snapscan, zapper or by bank transfer into the Caught online bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card transactions will be acquired for Caught Online via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored ob the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Caught Online separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more details on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Caught Online takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goos and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
