Whether you’re pan-frying, grilling, or baking, our Basa fillets are perfect for every dish. Their subtle flavour profile complements a variety of spices and cooking techniques.

Cooking Tips:

Pan-fry: Season fillets to taste, heat a bit of oil in a non-stick skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C, season fillets, place in a baking dish, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Grill: Season and lightly oil the fillets. Grill on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
