ZAHi, Since I’ve opened your email requesting feedback, I found my last delivery of the salmon & hake Fishcake’s texture did not hold well. Not firm enough if this is better worded. Cooked same way, in air fryer - it was difficult to turn halfway through so already crumbling, & again being as careful as always - the Fishcakes crumbled more whilst being carefully plated.I could not cook when having guests, the family were not happy, however I enjoyed eating them myself.
