Cooking
We recommend steaming golden crab claws with melted butter. Steam for roughly 12-15min. This is the preferred method of preparation. It can also be used in blue crab or stone crab recipes, as well as many lobster and shrimp dishes. We also recommend preparing the claws in a crab curry.

I cooked them in butter,generous amount of garlic olive oil and a nice bit of one green chilli plus one chopped tomato....with fresh chunks of ciabatta...so good.!

I know this product well and it is a very good one,lightly braised with tomato ,garlic,butter,olive oil and a hint of Chilli.Served with some crusty bread it is a wonderful starter.
