Colour: Varies, often ranging from dark grey to brownish or even golden.
Flavour: Milder compared to pure Beluga, with a balanced, slightly briny taste.
Taste: Smooth and creamy, with subtle notes of butter and a hint of nuttiness.
Size: Medium to large-sized pearls, typically around 2.5 to 3 mm in diameter.
Fish Type: Hybrid sturgeon, often a crossbreed between Huso dauricus(Kaluga) and Acipenser schrenckii(Amur).
Fish Age: Usually harvested from sturgeons that are around 8 to 10 years old.
Aroma: Mild, with a fresh, clean scent.
Origin: China, particularly from aquaculture farms.

  • In order for caviar to retain its freshness, consistency and impeccable taste, it needs to be stored in proper conditions.
  • After unpacking the parcel, immediately put the caviar tins in the refrigerator and store them at -3°C to 2°C until consumption.
  • Never put caviar in the freezer!
  • The expiration date is on the back of each tin. After opening the tin, the caviar should be consumed within 48 hours.
