Our Trout comes from a local farm near the Katse Dam in Lesotho. The trout grow for roughly a year before harvesting. The trout is blast frozen and then brought down to Cape Town where we process accordingly. Trout is known for its reddish-orange flesh with little fat lines, unlike the better-known Norwegian Salmon. Trout

Love your friendly delivery guy and super quick service. However, the frozen trout, after defrost and even washed under the tap, theres white residue that comes with it in the pan, that's slightly off putting. Do you have any tips??
