Swordfish is a lean, meaty fish that is best for grilling. We recommend marinating it with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, rosemary, garlic, coriander and cumin as it pairs well with the firm meat of the fish. Do not marinate the fish any longer than 15 minutes as the acidic content of the marinade will breakdown the meat making the texture mushy.Â

Sword Fish
I particularly like sword fish, it’s a meaty, fatty fishy delight! Fried in butter and lime with salt and pepper to season - numptious! Quality of fish is always excellent from COL.
