Seared the belly steaks in a little olive oil. Seasoned with coarse salt and chilli flakes - add a few shredded chives or tarragon leaves and smother with sesame seeds. Cook 2mins each side and lift to sear edges. FABULOUS! Serve sliced with rice and pakchoi with soy sauce.
