Our Snoek Fishcakes are uncooked and made with steamed potatoes & flavoured with a tasty combination of caramelised onions and just a hint of Apricot Jam, simply delicious!
Best served with some tartar sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice!

Cooking
Our Snoek Fishcakes go great with any one of our sauces, preferably our Tartar or Lemon Cream though. Cook directly from frozen.
Cooking Instructions:
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 200C. Remove all packaging. Place fish cakes on a baking tray & bake for 25-35 mins or until fully cooked.
*Turn over halfway cooking.
Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 200C. Remove all packaging. Place fish cakes in a single layer in the basket & air fry for 20-25 mins.
*Turn halfway through – let rest once cooked for 3 mins.
