Cooking Tips:
* Grilled Sole: Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
* Baked Sole: Preheat your oven to 190°C, place the fillet on a baking sheet, add your favourite seasonings, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
* Pan-Seared Sole: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, cook the fillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
