Cooking
To air fry our crispy hake fish fingers, preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Place the fish fingers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being sure not to overcrowd them. Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
To bake the fish fingers in the oven, preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the fish fingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Keep in mind that cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of the fish fingers, as well as the specific make and model of your air fryer or oven. It’s always a good idea to check for doneness by using a meat thermometer or by cutting into the center of the fish finger to make sure it is cooked through.

Was very disappointed in this product, fish had a grey colour and they were very "fishy" - cooked in the air fryer and expected them to come out crispy and tasty - not the case!
