Your product will delivered in a polystyrene cooler box, which is use commonly in the seafood industry to maintain temperature and more importantly quality. This helps ensure a seamless, cold-chain delivery process.

Cooking

Cooking Orange Namibian Crab is a breeze, whether you’re boiling, steaming, or grilling it. Here are some tips to get the most out of your crab:

Boil: Place the crab in boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
Steam: Put the crab in a steamer basket over boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
Grill: Brush the crab with oil, season with your favourite spices, and grill for 8-10 minutes on each side.

Wonderful service and tasty crabs

Delicious Orange Crab

The meat was so fresh and sweet We miss our KZN CRAB CURRY, so this was a treat after a very long time!!It was also such a pleasure to clean the crab!! Was neatly package and still frozen after its long journey to the deep south.
