Our Crumbed Prawns Cutlets are peeled, tail-on butterflied prawns – dipped in a light crispy breadcrumb. Once fried these golden delicate prawns have a beautiful up-market presentation, as well as delicious crunch.

Our Prawn cutlets are made using our Argentian prawns that are butterflied before being coated in a premium Japanese Panko crumb that is light and crispy when fried.

Cooking

Cook straight from frozen.

Shallow fry: Heat oil up on a medium high heat. Fry until crumb is golden brown which generally takes roughly 5-7min

Airfry: We recommend other methods before oven baking as this tends to create a dry crumb. Airfry for 8-10min on 180°C or until golden brown on the crumb.

Oven bake: We recommend other methods before oven baking as this tends to create a dry crumb. Oven bake for 12-15min on 180°C or until crumb goes golden brown.

Deep Fry: 180°C • 3 – 4 minutes
