We looovveed these prawns. Kids wanted more.
ZAGolden nuggets of joy
The light, crispy panko breadcrumbs perfectly complement the tender butterflied prawns on the inside. Whilst they can certainly be deep fried I recommend baking them in the oven for a healthier less oily option.
