Cook straight from frozen.
Shallow fry: Heat oil up on a medium high heat. Fry until crumb is golden brown which generally takes roughly 3-4min
Airfry: We recommend other methods before oven baking as this tends to create a dry crumb. Airfry for 6-8min on 180°C or until golden brown on the crumb.
Oven bake: We recommend other methods before oven baking as this tends to create a dry crumb. Oven bake for 10-12min on 180°C or until crumb goes golden brown.
Deep Fry: 180°C • 3 – 4 minutes

Great tasting, good size
Bought prawns for a dinner party. Made prawn, hallumi and avid wraps. The prawns were a good size and sweet and tasty. Everyone wanted more!!! My only disappointment was the packaging it came in- lovely polystyrene box but no ice pack. So by the time it reached me the prawns were semi defrosted which worried me slightly in this heat. In future I'd like to see an ice pack or 2 just to keep things colder for longer.
