A product of the Three Streams Smokehouse nestled in the renowned Franschhoek Valley, this Pâté is made using fresh Norwegian Salmon and Cape Salmon grown on the very same farm in Franschhoek. The fish are hand selected and smoked using time honoured techniques which capture and enhance the flavour of this great fish.
This Pâté has a coarse texture with a wonderful creamy smokey flavour.
