Cooking
Our tiger prawns will need to be deveined as they are sea frozen. They go great on a braai paired with a garlic, lemon butter to bring out the sweetness of the prawns. We recommend cooking them for roughly 4-5min in a medium-high heated pan or over an open flame.
You will know they are cooked once the shells turn redish orange and the flesh starts to turn white. Less is more with these prawns as their flavour speaks for itself!

I ordered the Black Tiger Prawns | Medium | 800g amongst other things. The order arrived on schedule the very next day, beautifully packaged in a polystyrene cold box - still completely frozen. The prawns are huge - Cape Town restaurants would sell these as King prawns at the very least. They look very fresh, straight from the sea. I will report back when I've made them.
